What are the services like?
All services include a time of worship through song, a relevant message from God's word, communion, a time of giving, video elements, and more.
We meet for three services every Sunday morning:
8:30am - Traditional Music(Hymns) with keyboard and vocalists.
10:00am - Contemporary music with keyboard, guitars, drums, and vocalists.
11:30am - Modern music with electric guitars, keyboard, and drums.
Most of our services last about an hour and five minutes.
What will happen on my first visit?
We won't make you stand up and introduce yourself or give you a name tag that makes you stand out. We simply hope you'll feel welcome and enjoy your visit, and we invite you to stop by The Link at the back of the auditorium for more information about New Life and to pick up a gift, just our way of saying "thanks for joining us."
What should I wear?
You should wear whatever you're comfortable in. You'll see a variety of people wearing a variety of clothing and everyone is welcome!
Where is New Life located?
2930 Middle Road in Winchester. We know there are a lot of churches on Middle Road, but if you're coming from town and look for the church with the green roof on your right, you'll find us!
Where should I enter the building?
There are glass doors at the front of the building and on each side. Feel free to use any of these entrances.
Should I bring my kids?
Absolutely! Our Kids Ministry is fantastic! We highly recommend checking it out! Our Kids Check-In Desk is just inside our front doors, and our background-checked volunteers would love to meet you and your kids! Find out more here. Additionally, we now offer pre-check-in for kids coming to New Life for the first time! By filling out this form in advance, you can save time at the Kids Check-In Desk. When you arrive, just let our Check-In Desk Staff know that you pre-checked in! The form is found here: Kids Pre-Check-In
What about my teenagers?
Teenagers are always welcome in our main services, but during our 8:30 and 10:00 services, our Student Ministry meets for their own worship service in the modular building, located behind the main church building. Find out more here.
Do I have to give money?
We do offer a time to give, but you shouldn't feel obligated! Giving is an expectation for those who are members of New Life Christian Church.
What about communion?
We take communion together as part of our services each Sunday. All who have accepted Jesus as their Savior are welcome to join us for communion.
Do you have coffee?
Yes! There's always plenty of hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and donuts in our lobby on Sunday mornings!
What denomination is New Life Christian Church?
We are a non-denominational, independent Christian Church. Check out what we believe here.
