Staff Position: Family Pastor
New Life Christian Church is looking for our new full-time Family Pastor.
We are currently in a season of staff transition and are looking for someone with experience to oversee the preschool through high school age range of ministry. This will include vision, planning, and oversight of the whole ministry area, as well as volunteer teams, and at least one part-time staff member.
Experience building and leading teams is a plus, as we know our continued growth will require a shift from staff "doing the work of ministry" to empowering and equipping others to carry out the work of ministry together.
The role itself has some flexibility, as we're looking for the person God has for us to join our team.

Our goal is that our Family Ministry Staff will consist of 1 full-time and 1 part-time staff member with the potential of growing to 2 full-time or additional part-time staff members. The full-time staff member will serve as the Family Pastor and will have oversight of Family Ministry(Kids Ministry - 3 years old through 5th grade and Student Ministry - 6th grade through 12th grade.) They will also have direct responsibility for Kids Ministry or Student Ministry(whichever is their preference,) with the part-time staff member having direct responsibility for the other, under the oversight of the Family Pastor.
