Staff Position: Student Pastor
New Life Christian Church is looking for our new full-time Student Pastor.
We are currently in a season of staff transition and are looking for someone with experience to oversee the 6th-12th grade range of ministry. This will include vision, planning, and oversight of the whole ministry area, as well as responsibility for growing and leading the volunteer team.
Experience building and leading teams is a plus, as we know our continued growth will require a shift from staff "doing the work of ministry" to empowering and equipping others to carry out the work of ministry together.
The role itself has some flexibility, as we're looking for the person God has for us to join our team.

Staff Position: Director of Kids Ministry
We are also looking for the right person to serve as our Part-Time Director of Kids Ministry. The Director of Kids Ministry will be responsible for all Sunday morning aspects of Kids Ministry including preparation, volunteer recruitment and management, as well as at least one off-Sunday regular Kids Ministry gathering. They will also provide support for large outreach and family events in partnership with the rest of the staff and volunteer leaders. They will be responsible for leading design and improvement in Kids Ministry-designated spaces.
